Fiji Radio Hub (“the app”) is published by Chand Studios. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used. The app works without an account.
What we collect
Your favorites, recently played stations, reminders, and settings are stored only on your device. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect anonymized usage and crash data — for example which stations are played and technical error reports — to help us improve the app.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location. Listening happens directly between your device and each broadcaster’s streaming servers.
Broken-stream reports
If you report a broken stream, the report includes the station, the technical error, your platform (Android or iOS), the app version, and any comment you add. Reports contain no personal identifiers.
Album artwork
When a station broadcasts the name of the current song, the app may request matching cover art from Apple’s public iTunes Search API. Only the song title is sent; no personal data is included.
Advertising
Fiji Radio Hub is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier along with limited device and app-usage information, and may use approximate (non-precise) location. This data may be shared with Google and its ad partners to show more relevant ads and prevent fraud. On first launch we request your consent where required (for example under GDPR/EEA rules). You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android). Third-party streams
Audio streams are served by the broadcasters or their streaming providers, whose own privacy policies apply while you listen.
Notifications
Program reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are never used for marketing.
Children
The app is a general-audience radio directory and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data deletion
Because on-device data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. Anonymized analytics and crash data cannot be tied back to you.
